Other than Nasi Tumpeng, Lisa and Will also ordered these appetizers and dessert for their House Warming celebration on 25-Feb-2012: spring roll, risoles and kolak.

Chicken Ragout Rissoles

 

Rissoles are a snack food. They are commonly filled with chicken, egg, carrot, common bean, potato, and eaten with chili padi.

Above rissoles in the picture were also one of the menu that we had specially made for a friend's House Blessing on Dec 3rd, 2011. It was filled with chicken minced meat, carrot, fresh cream and mushroom.
