On this second batch, it were also with five dishes (urap, kering tempe, sambal goreng kentang udang, fried chicken and shredded fried egg).

It was Yellow Tumpeng Rice with seven dishes (urap, kering tempe, tahu bacem, beef rendang, fried chicken, telur balado and sambal goreng kentang udang).

Tumpeng Rice for a House Warming - 23 Jun 2012

This beautiful Tumpeng Rice was made on 23-Jun-2012 for a House Warming for one of our customer in Singapore (Ria).

They were a yellow rice Tumpeng with five dishes (urap, kering tempe, beef perkedel, fried chicken and telur balado).

I tried my luck when making the apple swan... :) since I never make it since my first try long time ago.. (and again..I was still not satisfied with the head shape..:P).

Tumpeng Rice for a Wedding - Jun 2012

This Tumpeng was made by us for a Wedding Ceremony in Singapore.
The requirement is Tumpeng with its complete seven dishes (urap, chicken perkedel, beef rendang, kering tempe, sambal goreng kentang udang, tahu bacem, telur balado) and in a conventional model (the rice's position is in the center and decorated with chili flowers, etc).

Since it's a lovely moment for the Bride and Groom, I choose pink rose made from white radish as the main decoration.So it was combination of pink roses, orange carrot flowers, white cucumber flowers and the chili flowers to build the flowers bouquet.. :) And we added leaves triangles, too.. to decorate the container.

Hopefully the Bride and Groom, and Bu Ida like it.. :)

We wish Lukman and Marissa a very Happy Wedding Day...

Tumpeng for Ferry's Farewell - Jun 2012

It was for Ferry's Farewell Gathering @ Bishan Park (he ordered it for his friends) :D

I could not arrange the Tumpeng by my self as I & my family need to accompany our Domestic Worker went to Johor Bahru on Sunday, 04-Jun-2012, and one of my friend Pipin, helped me to do the final arrangement.
 
Thank you Pipin for your help to do the final arrangement :) The Tumpeng was nice :) and the most important is Ferry & friends love it...

The Tumpeng rice is surrounded with the fruits satay :) and the stars on its tips were reflecting our wishes for his success in his new journey in future (he will be "Back for Good" to Jakarta).
