Taken from Wikipedia:
Kolak is an Indonesian dessert made with palm sugar and coconut milk, with pandan leaf for flavour. Banana may be added to this base, the dish then being known as kolak pisang. Pumpkin, sweet potato, jackfruit, plantain and/or cassava, and sometimes pearl tapioca may also be added. It is served either hot (especially if freshly cooked) or cold.
It's sweet and delicious. You should try it and you will love it.
The kolak in this picture was ordered by Will & Lisa for their House Warming on 25-Feb-2012.
It contains banana, sweet potatoes and tapioca and was served cold.
